The oil presents a range of complex, green fruit aromas, evolving into banana, apple, and pear, dappled with the pure perfumed essence of multiple herbaceous notes.

Select and natural chromatic tones describe the complete, mature olive that has reached its state of optimum ripeness.

In mouth, the initial attack manifests softness, which leans into an incipient bitterness and ends with a playful spiciness that tickles the palate with a balsamic suggestion. The aromatic gamut includes, but is not limited to, tomato plant, green wheat, olive leaf, and milky, green almond, with a touch the aromatic herbs, rosemary and thyme.

This oil is the image and expression of carefully tended fruit, able to offer the greatest potential of the olive varieties in the blend, by creating a single, coherent concept in this unique and elegant coupage.
